What is whistleblowing?
The whistleblowing system is a service that enables employees, consumers, vendors, or the general public to anonymously report unethical or unlawful behaviors or wrongdoings within an organization.
Who may use the whistleblowing system?
The whistleblowing system can be used by employees, vendors, customers, etc., depending on the ongoing agreement.
What will happen to my report?
The Governing Body will review the report and any indication of misconduct will be addressed by implementing necessary actions.
Will the whistleblower remain anonymous?
Yes. Strict confidentiality rules apply. In addition, our system allows for reports to be made anonymously.
How is my personal data retained?
Your data will be deleted in the following cases:
- Upon request from Canary's client
- At the end of the contract between the Canary operator and our clien
- Upon request of the whistleblower, in case the whistleblower has provided his/her personal data
Will there be a reward for the whistleblower?
No. There is no reward for reporting any issues.
